Pom Pilates Studio Policies
General Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in being unable to join the class, and you will be marked as a no-show.
- Grip socks are required. If you forget yours, we have them available for purchase.
- Please wipe down equipment after use with the provided sanitizing wipes.
- Be respectful of instructors and fellow clients—Pom Pilates is a welcoming and supportive community!
- Participants must be 18 years or older to book a class. For safety and to maintain a focused environment, children are not permitted to wait in the studio during sessions
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Class reservations are required. Walk-ins are allowed only if space is available.
- You may cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the class credit.
- Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.
- For Pom Unlimited memberships, late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will result in a $15 no-show fee.
- Pom After hours Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your event up to 5 days in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable
- Pom Pilates reserves the right to modify or cancel classes due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Waitlist Information:
- If a class is full, please join the waitlist, and you’ll be automatically added if a spot becomes available. Be sure to cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window, if needed.
- To ensure you don’t miss any updates, please make sure your notifications are turned on!
- If a spot opens up within the cancellation window, an email/text will be sent to all waitlisted members. The first person to claim the spot will be added to the class.
- If you no longer wish to attend, please make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist.
Pricing Policy
- Prices for services and products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Membership & Package Policies
- Class packages expire within 1 month of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Monthly memberships auto-renew on the same day each month. To cancel or pause a membership, notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
- Pom Unlimited members: A maximum of one class per day can be booked to ensure availability for all clients.
- Membership pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Members will be notified of any pricing adjustments via email/text.
Health & Safety
- If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home to protect the health of others.
- Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
- Pregnancy – All pregnancies require a doctor’s note and can only participate in our Pom Basics class.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final—we do not offer refunds on classes, memberships, or packages.
- If you cannot use your package due to injury or unforeseen circumstances, we can extend the expiration upon request and on a case-by-case basis.
- All merchandise is final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Pom After hours
- Pom After hours will have unique pricing and policies, which will be noted at the time of booking.
