3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain services on our website, such as class booking or purchasing, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Fees
Any fees associated with classes, memberships, or products offered on our website must be paid in accordance with our payment terms. Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be posted on our website. Payment information is processed securely, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.
5. Monthly Packages
We offer monthly packages that provide access to our classes and services. By purchasing a monthly package, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Terms: Monthly packages may be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. The payment amount and billing cycle will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and notify us of any changes to your payment method.
Cancellation and Refunds: Monthly packages are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your package, you must do so prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that cycle. Any unused classes within the package are forfeited once the cycle ends.
Expiration of Package: Unused classes within a monthly package must be used before the expiration of the current cycle. Classes cannot be rolled over to the next cycle.
6. Online Bookings and App Use
To book classes and manage your membership, we use a third-party website/app. By using the app, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Process: All class bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes must be made through the website/app. You are responsible for ensuring your bookings are accurate.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a class through the app, cancellations must be done within 12 hours of the class start time to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel in time will result in a charge for the session.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a class without canceling in advance, the class credit will be lost and you will not be refunded or credited.
Availability of Classes: Classes are subject to availability. You acknowledge that class schedules and availability may change, and that Pom Pilates is not responsible for any booking conflicts or technical issues with the website/app.
Third-Party App Terms: By using the third-party website/app for booking, you also agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the 3rd party provider. Pom Pilates is not responsible for any issues related to the website/app, including technical issues, billing problems, or user errors.
