Pom Basics

Perfect for all levels, Pom Basics is a foundational Pilates class designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Using classic Pilates principles, this session focuses on controlled movements, proper alignment, and breathwork to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and energized.

*Baby on board? You’re welcome in this class with a doctor’s note! Just give your instructor a heads-up before we get moving.


Pom Power

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with Pom Power – an elevated, full-body class designed for those familiar with the fundamentals. This advanced class focuses on strength, control, and endurance, and may incorporate the jump board for an added cardio challenge!

*This class is a little too intense for our mama-to-be friends. We’ll see you in a pregnancy-approved class instead!
